Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g broccoli
- ½ bell pepper
- 1 small apple
- 15 g pine nuts
- ½ tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 10 g olive oil
- 7 g balsamic vinegar, light
- herbal salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop all ingredients for a few seconds using an electric chopper. Combine olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, agave syrup, and mustard. Season with herb salt and pepper and pour over the coarsely shredded lettuce.
