Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 ml gravy (beef)
- 3 tbsp flour
- 200 g cream
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
simple, quick, Swedish, also goes well with other dishes
Bring 300 ml of stock to a boil. Dissolve flour in a little cold water and stir in slowly. Add the cream and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. This quick sauce tastes great with meatballs or other meat dishes. If you want to serve it with game, please use game stock.
