  • 400 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 12 g Fresh yeast
  • 10 g Salt
  • 750 g Wheat flour 550
  1. Take a mixing bowl / food processor and pour in the lukewarm water first. Then stir with olive oil and then add the crumbled fresh yeast. Stir again until everything has dissolved. Now add wheat flour, salt and knead into a smooth dough.
  2. Then dust with a little flour, cover in a warm place and let REST for about 45 minutes. I tried a new shape for this bread. Grease and flour them. Place the raised dough on a floured work surface, knead once with clean hands.
  3. Then divide the whole thing into 4 equal pieces. Unfortunately, I had a kink in my pupil and my pieces had grown unevenly in retrospect. Shape and put in the baking pan. Cover again, put in a warm place and let RISE again, about 30 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 230 ° degrees top / bottom heat. After WALK the second time, cut into the loaves, that should also be practiced :-). Then put it in the preheated oven, bake the bottom rail and bake for about 30 minutes. First let cool a little in the mold, then take out and let cool down completely.
