Burger Low Carb

The perfect burger low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 255 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 20 g Red peppers
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 20 g Arugula
  • 40 g Emmental
  • 20 g Red onion
  • 10 g Coffee cream
  • 1 tsp Chives
  • 10 g Mayonnaise
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Knead the mince with the egg, salt, pepper and curry powder.
  3. Shape the mixture into 2 balls of the same size and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Press the balls flat like pizza crusts. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Place a platter on a plate and put 1 slice of cheese on top and then the rocket.
  6. Cut the bell peppers into long strips and place them on top.
  7. Cut the onion into rings and place on the peppers.
  8. Mix the coffee cream, mayonnaise and chives together and spread the sauce on top
  9. Put the second plate and the second slice of cheese on top.
