Burger Low Carb
The perfect burger low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 255 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 piece Egg
- 20 g Red peppers
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 20 g Arugula
- 40 g Emmental
- 20 g Red onion
- 10 g Coffee cream
- 1 tsp Chives
- 10 g Mayonnaise
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Knead the mince with the egg, salt, pepper and curry powder.
- Shape the mixture into 2 balls of the same size and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Press the balls flat like pizza crusts. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Place a platter on a plate and put 1 slice of cheese on top and then the rocket.
- Cut the bell peppers into long strips and place them on top.
- Cut the onion into rings and place on the peppers.
- Mix the coffee cream, mayonnaise and chives together and spread the sauce on top
- Put the second plate and the second slice of cheese on top.
