Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 ½ packets of baking powder
- ½ cup sugar
- 200 g almond flakes
- 1 cup of cream

Sheet cake, very easy
Whisk the eggs with sugar, flour, buttermilk, and baking powder. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter on it. Sprinkle the almonds and half a cup of sugar over the batter. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Immediately afterward, pierce the cake frequently with a fork and drizzle with the cream.
