Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 dash of lemon juice
- possibly parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with jacket potatoes or asparagus
Melt the butter and add it to a blender with the other ingredients. Season to taste after blending. Perfect with asparagus or boiled potatoes.
