Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 100 g vanilla sugar or
  • 100 g sugar and
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a mixer and then pour into a greased Bundt pan. Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 200°C. However, you should check the batter frequently with a knitting needle. You can use either vanilla pudding powder or chocolate pudding powder, depending on whether you want the batter to be light or dark. If you don’t like it quite as vanilla-flavored, simply use 100g sugar instead of the 100g vanilla sugar and mix in one sachet of vanilla sugar. The chocolate should only be roughly chopped, as the pieces will still be visible in the cake, better bringing out the flavor of the white chocolate.
