Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Condensed milk, sweetened
  • 1 serving of coffee (espresso)
  • Milk, frothed

Instructions

Working time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

Tenerife special

Preheat a small glass (2 cl) with hot water. Pour about 2-3 ml of sweetened condensed milk into the glass. If you prefer your coffee sweeter, simply add more. Then pour a freshly brewed espresso into the glass. Froth the milk and, depending on your taste, carefully layer about 3 tablespoons of frothed milk onto the espresso. Stir until the condensed milk is well distributed throughout the espresso. A wonderful drink that we discovered in a small village on Tenerife while on holiday. Enjoy! Tip: You can, of course, adapt the recipe for a large cup, too. It tastes especially delicious for breakfast!
