Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 300 ml Blue Curaçao
  • 200 ml white rum
  • 2 liters of passion fruit juice
  • 10 kiwis
  • 6 bananas

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Mix the curacao, rum, and passion fruit juice. Peel and slice the kiwis, and add them. Refrigerate for about 2 hours. Add the banana slices just before serving. Stir gently.
