Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml coffee, boiled (espresso)
  • 100 ml milk and 100 ml cocoa, both very hot
  • possibly milk, frothed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

You take a tall glass and fill it with 1/3 hot espresso, 1/3 hot milk, and 1/3 hot cocoa, in that order. The Cafè Moca can then be served with or without a layer of milk foam.
