Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 7 g coffee beans (espresso)
  • 30 ml milk
  • 30 ml water
  • possibly sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

You’ll need carefully selected espresso beans, a coffee grinder, and an espresso machine or an espresso pot and milk frother. Freshly grind the espresso beans and place them in the portafilter of a water-filled pot or in the portafilter of the machine. Bring to a boil or turn on the machine. Top up the finished espresso with frothed milk, sweeten with brown sugar if desired, and enjoy!
