Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of espresso
  • some milk . frothed
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 cl Marsala
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) orange peel
  • 1 pinch(s) of cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brew the espresso and pour it into an espresso cup along with orange juice, Marsala wine, a little cocoa powder, and sugar. Stir everything well. Finally, add a small layer of milk foam to the top of the cup and garnish with a pinch of cocoa powder and, if desired, some orange zest.
