Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter coffee, freshly brewed
  • 1 pinch of cloves
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 10 sugar cubes
  • 1 lemon(s), unsprayed
  • 3 cl rum, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Stir the nutmeg and clove powder into the coffee. Rub the sugar cubes on the lemon, leaving some of the zest on it. Heat the flavored sugar with the rum—do not boil! Mix with the coffee. Decorate the rim of the cup with a slice of lemon or lemon peel for guests.
