Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 ml milk
- 2 cups espresso
- 1 pinch(s) of cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch(s) of vanilla sugar

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Caffè Latte, as we got to know it in Croatia.
Heat the milk and froth it with a milk frother or whisk. Prepare the espresso. Pour some of the frothed milk into a large glass. Very slowly pour in the espresso, then pour in the second portion of milk. This creates three layers. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa powder.
