Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 cups milk
- 3 cup(s) coffee, boiled
- 4 shots of chocolate syrup (coffee syrup, e.g. from Monin, dark chocolate)
- 4 shots of caramel syrup (coffee syrup, e.g. from Monin, caramel)
- some peppermint syrup (coffee syrup, e.g. from Monin, peppermint)
- n. B. Cane sugar, brown
- some sprigs of mint, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Boil the milk in a saucepan and remove from the heat. Pour the milk into a milk frother and froth the milk. Pour the milk into 4 large mugs, filling them halfway with froth. Brew the coffee and fill the mugs with it. Add a large shot of caramel and chocolate syrup and a small shot of peppermint syrup to each mug. Add a little brown sugar, if desired, and stir gently. Add two to three drops of mint syrup and a mint leaf to decorate the mugs.
