Cake à la Anna

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g butter, melted
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Butter for the mold
  • Flour or breadcrumbs for the form

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Light and juicy. Can be refined as desired. Easy to prepare.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then set aside and allow to cool. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and milk and then add the flour and baking powder. Finally, add the butter. Now choose a nice cake tin: loaf tin, bundt cake tin, baking sheet, springform pan, etc. You can do whatever you like. Grease the tin with butter and also sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs. Now pour the batter into the tin and place in the preheated oven. Bake for approx. 40 minutes. The baking time varies depending on the tin. So use a wooden skewer, toothpick or fork to pierce the deepest part of the cake and remove it again. When there are no more batter residues on the cake, it is ready. The cake can be refined with many ingredients, such as: E.g., cocoa, chocolate, cinnamon, nuts, etc. You can also let your imagination run wild when decorating, but that’s pretty much always the case… The cake can be served for any occasion. It tastes best when still warm.
