Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Butter
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Grease casserole dishes (approx. 150 grams) well with butter. After greasing, sprinkle the molds with sugar (this way the cakes can be loosely removed from the mold without having to cut too hard).
  • Now the mass is mixed. Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 150 degrees (convection). Then beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar with a whisk for about 5 minutes until creamy. Then add the flour and chocolate mix. Keep stirring until it becomes a creamy mixture. Then fill the molds up to about three quarters and put them in the preheated oven. The baking time is 10-12 minutes. After this time, the core is still liquid. Take the molds out of the oven and turn them out, best served with mixed berries and powdered sugar.
