small and light dessert, tastes great, perfect to impress your date
Cut the strawberries into small cubes. Crush the cookies to the same size as the strawberries. In a bowl, combine the strawberry cubes and cookies with the vanilla syrup and cinnamon by hand until the cookie chunks are very moist on the outside but still hard. This takes about 20 seconds. Pour the chocolate sauce in a thin line onto the plate in the shape of a snail. Place the strawberry/cookie mixture in the center of the plate and press it down with your hand. Place a spoonful of ice cream on top and garnish with a little chocolate sauce. Note: This recipe can be enhanced with nuts, alcohol, espresso, or other berries, depending on your taste. It can also be served in a glass instead of on a plate. This dessert is quick and easy to make. It’s also very inexpensive and tastes delicious. If prepared correctly, it’s indistinguishable from Michelin-starred cuisine. With a skilled hand in serving, you will impress your girlfriend or any woman you want to cook for and the date will be a complete success.
