- 2 tablespoon Sultanas
- 5 Centiliters Calvados
- 2 Apples
- 0,5 Lemon fresh
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 125 g Butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 75 g Flour
- 2 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
- 75 g Ground almonds
- 30 g Sliced almonds
- Powdered sugar
- Pour calvados over the sultanas. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Quarter and peel the apples, remove the core and cut into thin wedges. Squeeze the lemon. Mix the apple pieces with the lemon juice.
- Melt the butter in a pan. Sprinkle with sugar and heat. Add the calvado sultanas and apple to the pan. Steam for five minutes. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
- Mix the butter with sugar until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the ground almonds. Add to the egg mixture and stir in briefly.
- Grease a tart pan (approx. 25 cm in diameter). Pour in the dough and smooth it out. Spread the apple wedges and sultanas on the dough. Sprinkle with the sliced almonds. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Take the cake out of the oven and dust with powdered sugar.
