  • 2 bananas
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 tbsp, heaped sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp orange liqueur

Bring the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar to a boil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the sugar has melted, add the peeled and halved bananas and fry them lightly in the caramel on both sides, turning them carefully. Then deglaze with the orange liqueur, bring to a boil briefly, and serve. Vanilla ice cream and/or semi-whipped cream go perfectly with this. It also works well with sliced ​​apples or pears.
