Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml cream (UHT cream)
  • 300 ml condensed milk (10% fat)
  • 300 g candy(s) (milk caramels)
  • 5 g vanilla flavor (Finesse)
  • 300 ml brown rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with milk caramel

Cook the caramelized caramel in the cream and condensed milk until dissolved. Add the vanilla flavoring. Mix in the rum and bottle. You can also use just cream or just condensed milk. You can also replace the brown rum with white rum or grain rum, etc. Use more or less than 300 ml, as desired.
