Ingredients
- 1 Ham sausage city sausage
- 4 small Spring onions fresh
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Fresh celery
- 6 Mushrooms brown
- 3 Pickled cucumbers
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 0,5 L Vegetable broth hot
- 1 tbsp Plant cream
Instructions
- Peel all the vegetables, the garlic and the onion and cut into bite-sized pieces, peel the sausage and dice it. Clean the mushrooms and roughly cut them. Now put everything together in a large pan and roast the mustard, add the coarsely diced cucumber and briefly with it Roast with vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add capers, thicken with a little sauce thickener or cornstarch and serve with hearty mashed potatoes.
