Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g breadcrumbs
- 200 ml milk
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled, diced
- 2 egg yolks
- 10 garlic cloves, squeezed
- ½ liter oil, neutral
- Salt

with fondue, raclette, grilled food
Combine the breadcrumbs and milk in a large bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes. Add the hard-boiled eggs, egg yolk, and garlic and mix with a hand mixer. Now gradually add the oil, whisking continuously until everything is combined. Finally, season with salt. The aioli tastes best when refrigerated for a day. It goes well with raclette, fondue, and grilled food.
