Cauliflower Casserole with Meat Loaf

The perfect cauliflower casserole with meat loaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,2 Cauliflower
  • 300 g Meat loaf
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Discs Toast
  • 100 g Grated Emmental
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then drain. Dice meatloaf, heat oil, fry meatloaf in it, turning.
  2. Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
  3. Put cauliflower and meat loaf in a greased baking dish. Pour egg milk over it. Bake in a hot oven at 175 degrees for 45 minutes. Debark and crumble toast.
  4. Grate the cheese. Mix with the bread. Sprinkle over the casserole after 25 minutes.
