Cauliflower Casserole with Meat Loaf
The perfect cauliflower casserole with meat loaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,2 Cauliflower
- 300 g Meat loaf
- 200 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Discs Toast
- 100 g Grated Emmental
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Cut the cauliflower into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then drain. Dice meatloaf, heat oil, fry meatloaf in it, turning.
- Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Put cauliflower and meat loaf in a greased baking dish. Pour egg milk over it. Bake in a hot oven at 175 degrees for 45 minutes. Debark and crumble toast.
- Grate the cheese. Mix with the bread. Sprinkle over the casserole after 25 minutes.
