  • 2 handfuls of grapes, light and seedless
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 100 g cottage cheese

Chop the carrot and celery into small pieces, halve the grapes. Peel and segment the orange, reserving the juice. Mix the carrot and celery pieces with the grapes, orange segments, and the reserved juice, and stir in the cottage cheese. The salad tastes great without the orange, and you can add a little honey if desired.
