Champigon – Paprika – Minced Soy – Vegetarian

The perfect champigon – paprika – minced soy – vegetarian recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Soy granules
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 small Paprika of your choice
  • 6 size Fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 4 piece Cocktail tomatoes
  • Pepper, paprika
  1. Let about 1 small cup of water with the broth warm up in a pan. Add soy granules and simmer gently for approx. 15 minutes to soften. The water should then have evaporated.
  1. Add the onion, cut into strips, add the champion and fry everything.
  1. Now add the tomato paste and mix with everything. Halve the tomatoes and add. Now season with pepper and paprika to taste
