Champigon – Paprika – Minced Soy – Vegetarian
The perfect champigon – paprika – minced soy – vegetarian recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Soy granules
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 1 small Onion
- 1 small Paprika of your choice
- 6 size Fresh mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 4 piece Cocktail tomatoes
- Pepper, paprika
- Let about 1 small cup of water with the broth warm up in a pan. Add soy granules and simmer gently for approx. 15 minutes to soften. The water should then have evaporated.
- Add the onion, cut into strips, add the champion and fry everything.
- Now add the tomato paste and mix with everything. Halve the tomatoes and add. Now season with pepper and paprika to taste
