- 1 Emmental in one piece, without rind
- 1 Onion red
- 1 a cup Almette spring onion
- 1 a cup Almette horseradish
- 0,5 Cucumber fresh, small
- 0,5 bunch Parsely
- 3 Stems Dill
- Garlic Butter
- 1 Processed ham type cheese
- 1 Processed cheese type mushroom
- 0,5 Feta
- 6 disc Pâté sausage, e.g. beer sausage, hunting sausage … to your taste
- Salt
- Pepper
- Somehow we didn’t have an appetite for only sausage and cheese for dinner. Something new was needed … So I rummaged through my mum’s recipes and found what I was looking for.
- Put the Emmental in a breakfast bag, close and cook for about 30 minutes. Cook. In the meantime, it’s time to get the ingredients for the filling.
- Peel the onion and cucumber and cut into fine cubes. Pluck the flags from the dill. Finely chop the parsley and dill. Cut the feta into fine cubes.
- Now mix all the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
- The cheese is now liquid. Place the liquid cheese on the work surface and roll out into a rectangle. Spread the filling on top and place the pâté sausage on top.
- Now the roll is rolled up from the narrow side. Wrap the entire roll in aluminum foil and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
- Have fun and enjoy your meal with the cheese feast … 🙂
