Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- ½ kg minced meat and/or chicken
- 2 cans of mushrooms (sliced)
- 200 g cream cheese spread
- 200 g cheese (herb cream)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the minced meat and mushrooms with margarine in a saucepan. Then add 1 liter of water. Cut the leek into small slices and add it to the pan. Let everything simmer until the leek is soft. Remove the pan from the heat and wait until the contents stop boiling. Then add the cheese and stir well. If the soup is too thick, add a little more water.
