Mix together all the ingredients for the base and roll or press it into the greased base of a springform pan. Simply mix the ingredients for the topping and pour it onto the batter. Don’t be alarmed; it’s a very runny mixture, but don’t worry, it will set. It’s a very quick, yet delicious, moist cheesecake. You can also fold mandarin oranges into the quark mixture. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes.
