Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1,000 g low-fat curd cheese
- 325 g glucose
- 2 bags of pudding powder, vanilla
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 egg whites
- some fat, for the mold

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

For a 26 cm springform pan. Mix all ingredients except the egg whites together. Beat the egg whites and fold them in at the end. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 1 hour. Let cool in the oven, uncovered.
