Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 600 g bacon cut into strips
- 700 ml water
- 3 packs of cheese (Chester slices)
- 400 ml cream
- 1 salt and pepper

Lightly fry the bacon without oil until the juices have evaporated and it has taken on a bit of color. Then deglaze with water and slowly add the cheese until it has melted. Then pour in the cream and season with pepper and salt, if desired (be careful because of the bacon; salt may not be necessary). If the consistency isn’t thick enough for you, you can let it cook for a few minutes longer.
