Chewy Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g chocolate (dark)
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 280 g sugar
  • 1 tsp butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 1 pinch of salt

Melt 160g of the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler. Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. Chop 120g of the chocolate into large pieces. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract until thick and creamy. Add the melted chocolate and stir well. Then sift in the flour and stir in well. Finally, add the coarse chocolate chips and mix well one last time. Now, using a tablespoon, drop a portion of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes at 175°C. Remove the tray from the oven and let the cookies cool on the tray for about 5 minutes. They should now be easy to remove from the baking paper.
