Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 chicken legs
- 60 ml oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp mustard seeds, ground
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine oil with Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, cayenne pepper, mustard powder, sugar, and paprika. Brush the mixture over the chicken thighs and let it soak in for 30 minutes. Place the thighs on aluminum grill trays and cook for 40 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve with a fresh salad with corn kernels.
