Chicken Cold Cuts with Parsley

- 4 Chicken legs
- 350 Chicken breast
- 1 Cup Chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- First separate the meat from the chicken thighs. Then the meat is chopped up in the blender and seasoned. The chicken breast is cut into cubes about 2-3cm thick. Mix the mixed chicken legs with the cubes and mix in the finely chopped parsley. Season again as needed and continue mixing.
- Now put the meat mixture in the ham fairy. Put the ham fairy in the water bath and let it cook at a water temperature of 80/85 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then take the ham fairy out of the water and let it cool down (e.g. in the fridge) Enjoy your meal !!!
