Chicken Cold Cuts with Parsley

The perfect chicken cold cuts with parsley recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Chicken legs
  • 350 Chicken breast
  • 1 Cup Chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  1. First separate the meat from the chicken thighs. Then the meat is chopped up in the blender and seasoned. The chicken breast is cut into cubes about 2-3cm thick. Mix the mixed chicken legs with the cubes and mix in the finely chopped parsley. Season again as needed and continue mixing.
  2. Now put the meat mixture in the ham fairy. Put the ham fairy in the water bath and let it cook at a water temperature of 80/85 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then take the ham fairy out of the water and let it cool down (e.g. in the fridge) Enjoy your meal !!!
