Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g chicken strips
- 1 kohlrabi
- some sunflower oil
- 1 onion(s), red
- 2 tbsp flour
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Nutmeg
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml milk
- some parsley
Instructions

quick and tasty
Peel the kohlrabi and dice. Trim the meat if necessary. Place the strips and kohlrabi in a bowl and season generously with salt. Mix everything well and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan. Peel the onion, slice it, and fry it along with the meat and kohlrabi. Once everything is well browned, add the flour and spices and stir in. Deglaze with the cream, reduce slightly, and gradually add the milk. Now add the parsley and simmer everything over low heat for about 15 minutes. Finally, season to taste. Serve with rice and a green salad.
