Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 16 chicken wings, or 4 medium turkey wings
  • ⅛ liter soy sauce, dark
  • 1 tbsp sambal oelek
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger root, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 55 minutes

Wash the chicken or turkey wings. Place them in a freezer bag. Combine the other ingredients in a sealable jar. Shake well. Then pour the mixture over the wings. Let it marinate overnight. The next day, place the chicken wings under the grill for about 40 minutes. The turkey wings will take a little longer. Serve with baguette or vegetable rice.
