Ingredients

  • 20 Chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Sweet and hot chillicutney, sauce or something similar
  • 2 tbsp Cranberries, or cranberry jam
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 Clementines, juice from them
  • 1 Lime, juice of it
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a dripping pan. Spread the chicken in it.
  • Mix all other ingredients together and brush the chicken legs with them.
  • Fry in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 °. If you want it to be crispy all around, simply turn it a few times in between.
  • There were enough clementines in the basket, so if you can see a peeled one in the picture, someone really ate it like that 😉 There are also more than 20 chicken wings in the photo - if you count ..... my family is now big. But the recipe has been adjusted in terms of quantity.
  • Of course, this can also be done with a ready-made chili sauce, then it is faster. Otherwise a homemade one.
