Chicken Wings with Potato Wedges

  • 600 g Chicken wings
  • 400 g Potato fresh unpeeled
  • 200 g Fresh onion
  • 1 Rosemary sprig
  • 2 Sprigs of thyme
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • Garam masala
  • Baharat
  • 1 Onion red
  1. Brush the casserole dish with 1 tablespoon of oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  2. Wash the chicken wings, pat dry, and place in an ovenproof casserole dish
  3. Wash the potatoes well, cut them into wedges, keep the skin on, and distribute them on the baking dish as well
  4. Peel and roughly dice the onion and sprinkle with the remaining oil over the other ingredients
  5. Pour rosemary and thyme sprigs over it and put it in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius, and slide the bottom rail into the oven. Fry the whole thing for about 45-60 minutes every now and then.
