Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g chickpeas
- 1 can of tuna
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop the tomatoes. Thinly slice the spring onions and green parts. Combine olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Fold in the tomatoes, spring onions, tuna, and drained chickpeas.
