Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 750 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp flour
- ½ liter vegetable broth (instant)
- 2 cans of tomatoes (850 ml each)
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 4 anise (star anise)
- 2 chili peppers
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 2 zucchinis
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and dice the onion. Heat the oil, fry the onion, add the minced meat, and fry. Add the tomato paste and flour, sauté briefly, and deglaze with the stock. Add the tomatoes and crush them. Add the bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, and chilies and simmer for about 10 minutes. Slice the leek into rings and dice the zucchini. Add both to the soup and cook for about 5 minutes. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and vinegar.
