Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g Chinese cabbage
- 1 onion(s), red
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salad herbs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- a little chili flakes
- 2 tsp soy cream fraîche (crème fraîche alternative)
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Remove the stem from the Chinese cabbage and cut the lettuce into strips. Dice the onion. Place the remaining ingredients in a shaker and blend briefly. Mix the dressing into the salad.
