Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g Chinese cabbage
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp salad herbs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • a little chili flakes
  • 2 tsp soy cream fraîche (crème fraîche alternative)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Remove the stem from the Chinese cabbage and cut the lettuce into strips. Dice the onion. Place the remaining ingredients in a shaker and blend briefly. Mix the dressing into the salad.
