Chinese noodle salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, e.g. B. spiral noodles)
  • 80 g raw leek
  • 1 ring/s ham sausage or cooked ham
  • 4 dashes lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp vinegar
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Chinese spice
  • some salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the noodles as usual, then let them cool. Wash and finely slice the leek. Cut the sausage into small cubes. Combine the oil and vinegar, then add the soy sauce and lemon juice, if desired, and stir to combine. Finally, add the Chinese seasoning. Add salt, pepper, and sugar. Then stir everything again. Add the noodles, leek, and sausage and mix everything together.
