Chinese Radish Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 500 White radish
  • 4 Salt
  • 1 Sugar
  • 1 White wine vinegar
  • 1 Sesame oil
  • Chili powder
  • 2 Vegetable oil
  • 2 Toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • It combines all flavors - a little bit sweet and sour, a little bitter, salty, pleasantly spicy if desired. When buying the radish, make sure that it cannot be bent. Cut 2 spring onions into fine strips. Grate the radish and season with salt. Mix everything, they also say knead. This breaks the consistency of the fibers. Let stand for 15 minutes, then squeeze the water out of the radish. If the radish is too salty, please rinse and squeeze again. Mix the sugar with the vinegar and sesame oil and add the radish. Mix well. Put the chilli powder or paprika powder on top of the radish, heat the vegetable oil in a small saucepan and then pour it onto the chilli powder. Mix well. Serve immediately sprinkled with sesame seeds and spring onions or refrigerate for about 2 hours. Now just enjoy.
