Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g beef (rib roast), cooked
- 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
- salt water
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Spice mix (Chinese spice)

with beef and leek
Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, then rinse with cold water and set aside. Cut the cooked beef into small cubes. Clean the leek and slice it into thin rings. Finely dice the onion. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with the oil, vinegar, and soy sauce. Finally, season to taste with Chinese spices and let it marinate well. Before serving, season again with a little more soy sauce, oil, and Chinese spices.
