Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 potatoes
  • 500 g fat for frying
  • possibly paprika powder or salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Chips – quickly homemade without many ingredients

Cut the potatoes into thin slices and add them in batches to the shortening that has already melted in a pot over medium heat. Remove after about 5 minutes and let cool. Sprinkle with paprika or salt before serving.
