Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, room temperature
  • 100 ml sugar
  • 300 ml oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp coffee, cold
  • Oat flakes, sugar or coconut flakes, for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Swedish chocolate balls, 25 pieces

Mix the butter and sugar thoroughly. Then add all the other ingredients and knead into a dough. Form the dough into about 25 balls and roll them in oat flakes, coconut flakes, or sugar. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
