Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, room temperature
  • 130 g oat flakes, wholegrain, fine (or fine and grainy mixed)
  • 1 ½ tsp sweetener, liquid or
  • 100 g sugar, for non-diabetics
  • 1 pinch of vanilla pulp
  • 2 tbsp coffee, strong or espresso
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, dark
  • n. B. Desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

without baking, makes 12 pieces

Knead all ingredients except the desiccated coconut into a soft, easily moldable mass. Form small balls (about 3-4 cm in diameter, about 12 balls) and roll them in desiccated coconut. Let them set in the refrigerator for a few hours – and you’re done! One ball has only 0.5 BE of a serving of 12 balls – but it’s quite high in fat. The balls taste best when taken out of the refrigerator some time before eating, so they’re not too cold.
