Salmon fillet in light dill sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g salmon fillet(s), cut into pieces
  • 20 g margarine
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 400 ml milk
  • ½ onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Fondor,
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 250g tagliatelle

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

without cream

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the package instructions. For the sauce, melt the margarine, sauté the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic, and coat with flour. Allow the flour to brown slightly, then add the milk and bring to a boil, stirring vigorously. Be careful to avoid lumps. Season the sauce with mustard, herbs, and spices. Add the salmon and let it simmer in the gently simmering sauce for about 10 minutes. Serve the finished salmon sauce over the tagliatelle on plates.
