Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Pancakes with bananas and dark chocolate, for 6 – 7 pancakes.
Mix the milk, eggs, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Sift the flour and add it as well. Mash or puree the bananas with a fork and then mix it into the batter. Now chop the chocolate very finely with a knife. If you like it extra chocolatey, you can use more. But don’t use more than half a bar, otherwise you won’t be able to taste the other ingredients. Heat the pan and spread a little oil in it before making each pancake. Using a large ladle, pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly. Cook over medium heat until golden brown. When the edges of the batter turn golden yellow, turn the pancake over. Tip: If you like your pancakes extra thick and fluffy, separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat them until stiff, and then carefully fold them into the batter at the end. This quantity is enough for 6 to 7 pancakes. This will easily feed two people. The calorie information refers to one pancake.
