Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g chocolate
- 60 g butter
- 60 g sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 pieces of chocolate for the filling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it with butter over a pan of warm water. Add the eggs, flour, and sugar and mix with a mixer. Pour the batter into muffin cups and press a piece of chocolate into each. Bake in a preheated oven (150-160°C fan-assisted oven) for 15 minutes. The specified quantities are sufficient for approximately four muffins; for a full muffin tray, simply triple the quantities.
